The steam room is really nice and sauna could do with massage treatment area as well but could do with jacuzzi .
Thank you for your comment Ashley, we’re glad you enjoy the Sauna & Steam room. I’ve passed on your comments to the centre manager about the Jacuzzi and massage treatment.
We used to have a Jacuzzi quite a few years ago but it’s running costs were very high so it was removed to make room for the stretching area and an extension to the changing rooms.
We have had sports massage therapists before, maybe there is an option in future to create a dedicated room / area for these, let’s hope 🙂
I think that the new equipment is very well thought out and will allow more members to use similar equipment at the same time instead of having to wait to get onto equipment.
i used the cube regularly but I appreciate that there is a better use for the space. Well done to whoever came up with the new equipment. The great thing about this gym is the friendly helpful staff (and the price!)

I joined the gym about in May this year (2024). I visit the gym 3-4 times a week, Chris and his staff are so friendly, helpful and approachable all the time. I really enjoy my time in the gym, also really love the fact the gym welcome everyone, regardless of age and fitness levels…brilliant..
