With so many fads and non-tailored exercise programmes around it can be hard to know which way to turn. We are all individual and thatโ€™s exactly how I like to train people.
Iโ€™ve found over the years that a holistic, tailored approach to training and nutrition gives the fastest results.First and foremost, itโ€™s best to identify clear goals and address lifestyle factors so that you can be in the best shape ever!
Iโ€™ve been a personal trainer and sports massage therapist since 2004 and during that time I have continued to learn new techniques and undertak-en numerous further education courses so that I can give the best advice and help possible.

About me

I have 3 boys so I understand the difficulties of fitting in work life and family life. I love my boys individuality and watching them grow into such funny, loving and sporty boys. I am passionate about raising awareness of Leukaemia and all charity work I do is for Kai – a special little boy who lost his fight against cancer in 2017 #becauseofkai

For me, learning is so important so thereโ€™s always a course on the go or a good book to read. However, if I ever have time for TVโ€”I like to annoy my family by watching a bit of Judge Judy! I hate housework (like most people) and love holidays abroad – Iโ€™d love to surf in Australia one day. Hopefully, thatโ€™s not just a dream!
Above all, I think you need to practice what you preach! So, the two classes my husband and I teach here at Lordswood โ€” Spin and Core, Cardio & Strength โ€” we make sure we workout with you!
